Construction and Modification of Wondrous Vehicles:

Should you have access to the ship modification rules detailed in the Skull & Shackles Player's Guide, those rules can be used to augment the basic statistics of Wondrous Vehicles as well, although augmentations to speed, acceleration, propulsion and controlling wondrous vehicles usually do not apply. Instead, use the following options instead.
