Description:

This silver circlet is adorned with a Siberys dragonshard and functions properly only in the hands of someone with the Mark of Passage. The wearer gains a +2 enchantment bonus to the caster level of all of his dragonmarked spell-like abilities. If the wielder has the Teleport dragonmarked spell-like ability from the Mark of Passage, he treats all locations as one step more familiar than it actually is. This does not, however, provide any benefit with false locations.

Construction Requirements: Craft Wondrous Item, Teleport, creator must have the Mark of Passage.

Construction Cost: 7,200 gp; a Siberys dragonshard worth at least 1,800 gp.
