Dragonmarked Services

Dragonmarked services are entirely new to Pathfinder, but has many of the same uses as purchased spellcasting. While mundane dragonmarked services can be found any large town, dragonmarked services that require the use of a dragonmark can only be found in large cities unless detailed otherwise.

Dragonmarked Hireling:

Having a hireling with a least true dragonmark to act as your personal servant (within reason) is a valued and costly investment.

House Cannith Repair Magics:

House Cannith provides an array of magics covering the repair of objects and constructs, available at any of their house conclaves. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark.

House Ghallandra Hospitality Magics:

The halflings of House Ghallandra have a number of magics available to make visitors more comfortable. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark.

House Jorasco Healing Magics:

House Jorasco provides a number of restorative magics at their many healing houses. Provided that patients do not cause trouble for any of the dragonmarked houses, patients can expect confidentiality. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark.

House Jorasco Hospital Services:

In addition to a number of healing magics, House Jorasco also provides hospital services with a staff of surgeons, herbalists and nurses. They can provide long-term care and examinations, both with a Heal check modifier of +15.

House Kundarak Banking Services:

House Kundarak provides a number of banking services, including bank notes (at the cost of 1% of the amount written for) and dimensional vaults. Banking accounts require a minimum balance of 1,000 gp. Like the idea of safety deposit boxes, dimensional vaults of store rooms that physically exist deep in the mountains of the Mror Holds where the dwarves of House Kundarak have made their ancestral home. However, when one rents out a vault, they are issued a key that, when taken to a Kundarak conclave and used on a specially prepared room, can teleport the entire contents of the vault, exactly as they were arranged, to that room and return the contents (new items included) back to the vault when the key is removed. House Kundarak guarantees the security of these contents and what few breeches that have been documented have been the fault of those that had the keys.

House Kundarak Warding Magics:

In addition to banking services, House Kundarak also provides a number of warding magics as needed by their clients. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark.

House Orien Courier and Delivery Service:

House Orien provides a mail and parcel delivery service with the standard rate of 1 copper piece per tenth of a pound per mile. Only sites on Khorvaire are accepted. If a delivery would place a courier in danger, a 100 gp hazardous delivery fee is also charged.

House Orien Transportation Magics:

Just as House Orien covered the mundane and enchanted methods of travel, they also have means to teleport themselves and would-be passengers by way of their dragonmarks. This allows the opportunity for site specific transportation. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark.

House Sivis Message Services:

The gnomes of House Sivis have a number of message stations throughout Khorvaire that can instantly transmit messages between them. The scribes there are also masters of dozens of languages and dialects, providing translation and transcription services. House Sivis also acts as notaries through Khorvaire, providing identification and travel papers as needed. As part of their confidentiality, gnomes of House Sivis also undergo rigorous mental training to able to forget the messages that they transmit.

House Sivis Script Magics:

As part of their communications services, House Sivis also has a number of magics available to communicate and verify that messages get to where they are supposed to go. Assume the caster level of these magics is the minimum needed for the dragonmark. One of their most expensive options it the Mark of Living Parchment, which uses a Pen of Living Parchment to permanent place an arcane mark on someone.

House Vadalis Creature Services:

House Vadalis provides a number of services, handled by their tamed creatures and animals and selected for the best of their ability.
