This power draws together a persistent subliminal sound that distorts the memory of anyone you come in contact with. While under the effect of Faint Memory, you get a +5 competence bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy and Stealth. Also, if you are speaking with someone for more than one round, they must make a Will save or not be able to remember anything about your meeting, except what events that transpired that you actually want them to remember. This distortion to the memory is made at the time the memory is created and, thus, an altered memory cannot be recovered through the use of other mind-reading effects.

If the person you are interacting with is able to take an action in combat, or is unable to hear you, the Will save automatically succeeds.
