The Planes of Eberron
The planes that surround Eberron do not use the standard model of Inner or Outer planes, like Golarion or most other campaign worlds do. While Eberron does still have a connection to the Astral Plane, the Ethereal Plane and the Plane of Shadow and these three transitional planes function exactly like what is described out of the Gamemastery Guide, the other planes do not exist exactly the same for Eberron. Instead of a collection of Inner and Outer Planes, there are thirteen planes that are tied to the thirteen moons of Eberron. Each of these planes wax and wane in strength based on the proximity of their associated moon to Eberron, most of which can be predicted on specific cycles. When a plane is close and its moon is full, it is referred to as coterminous, whereas when it is far away and its moon is completely dark, it is referred as remote. These planar phases do have an effect on how magic is used on Eberron as well as the presence, or lack thereof, of associated outsiders.
The Planes and Magic
During the waxing and waning phases of the planes, there is no discernible effect on the way magic works on Eberron. During the coterminous phase, there are specific aspects of magic that get greatly amplified, sometimes beyond the point of what is considered desirable. But it is during the remote phase of a plane that working associated magics is most difficult. In addition to the same aspects being greatly diminished, attempting to travel to the remote plane via Plane Shift or similar magic and attempting to summon a creature native to that plane both require a concentration check, DC 30 + spell level, as part of the action or the attempt automatically fails. See the specific planes to see how these certain aspects of magic are enhanced or diminished.
The Planes and Gods of Eberron
Unlike Golarion and many other campaign worlds, the deities of Eberron are not all tied to specific planes. With the exception of The Keeper and his dominion over Dolurrh, it is a subject of some debate as to where the gods make their home. Many of the devote claim that the true homes of the gods cannot be reached through such mortal magic as Planar Travel and thus are not knowable. Others, particularly those of the Sovereign Host believe that the gods are ever-present in Eberron and that their homes are in the stars. For many of the cults of Eberron, there is no divine sanctuary in the planes; only what their faith and effort has created on Eberron itself. A perfect example of these is the roving citadel of the Lord of Blades that wanders the Mournland on the backs of cobbled-together warforged titans.
The Manifest Zones & Reality Storms
Manifest zones are places where the boundary between the Material Plane and a specific plane is very weak. Reality storms are simply mobile manifest zones. Both are detailed under Hazards.

Daanvi, The Perfect Order
Associated Moon: Rhaan, the Book (Small Pale Blue)
Cycle: Four centuries: 1 century coterminous, 1 century waxing, 1 century remote and 1 century waning

Dal Quor, The Region of Dreams
Associated Moon: Unknown
Cycle: Dal Quor has not been coterminous since the fall of the giants of Xen'drik 40,000 years ago. Due to the events of that age, it has been remote ever since.
Coterminous: Unknown
Remote: Planar travel to Dal Quor requires psychic projection
Gravity: Subjective Directional
Time: Flowing Time: 10 minutes on Dal Quor equals 1 minute on the Material Plane
Morphic: Highly Morphic, however only for quori or creatures with psionic or psi-like powers

Dolurrh, The Realm of the Dead
Associated Moon: Vult, the Warding Moon (Large Grey and full of craters)
Cycle: 1 century: 1 year coterminous, 49 years waxing, 1 year remote, 49 years waning
Coterminous: During the one year out of the century that Dolurrh is coterminous, there is a significant rise of undead, particularly incorporeal undead. Likewise, raising the dead works, but a little too well. Whenever there is an attempt to bring back the dead, regardless of Raise Dead, Reincarnation, Breath of Life or Resurrection, the caster must check the following table before determining the results. Only True Resurrection, Wish and Miracle are immune to this requirement.
Remote: When Dolurrh is remote, raising the dead is almost impossible. Only those spirits bound within a Magic Jar spell, Keeper's Fang weapon or other methods that keep the soul of entering Dolurrh are guaranteed to work. Getting a soul out of Dolurrh to raise requires actually venturing to the Realm of the Dead via Astral Projection or some other permanent gate and bringing the soul back out.

Traits: Entrapping: For each subjective day spent in Dolurrh, any non-native must make a Will save, DC: 15 + the number of consecutive days in Dolurrh. If the saving throw is failed, the individual becomes an incorporeal shade and a outsider native to Dolurrh with no memory of their former life and no desire to leave. Restoring this condition requires a Miracle or Wish.

Closest Pathfinder Plane: Purgatory
Inhabitants: Dretches, lemures, maruts, nalfeshnee demons and all types of undead.
Fernia, The Sea of Fire
Associated Moon: Aryth, the Gateway (Medium Orange-Red)
Cycle: 5 years, 1 month coterminous (midsummer), 2 years and 5 months waxing, 1 month remote (midwinter), 2 years and 5 months waning. Exactly opposite of Risia's cycle.
Coterminous: In areas of extreme heat (GM's discretion, but usually enough to normally cause harm), spells and powers with the fire descriptor are at a +2 to the caster level. Areas that cause extreme heat have a 30% chance (determined at the start of the coterminous period or when they are created within the coterminous period) to be temporary manifest zones with portals to Fernia.
Remote: Except in areas of extreme heat (GM's discretion, but usually enough to normally cause harm), spells and powers with the fire descriptor are impeded, requiring a concentration check, DC: 20 + spell level.

Traits: Given that this plane is constantly under strife from multitudes of different outsiders, all vying for battle, the alignment traits of this plane are constantly shifting. The only constant aspect of the plane is the roaming blade storms that occur 70% of the time, every hour, for 15 min. These clouds act as permanent 15th level Blade Barrier spells (15d6, Ref DC 19 for half, 35' radius by 20' high), except that move randomly with a fly speed of 120' (poor) and fill their radius. They can be suppressed, but not dispelled.
