Description: These gloves double the threat range of any ray effect generated by the wearer, regardless of the source (spell, power, magical item, etc). This does not stack with the Improved Critical (ray) feat or other sources that improve a ray's threat range, nor does it have any effect on the threat ranges of effects that are not clearly defined as rays.
