Races - Part 2: Kalashtar & Shifters

Kalahsters and Shifters have been built according to the Advanced Race Guide rules, although no specific kalashtar or shifter feats have been detailed yet. The shifter presented a unique challenge as not all of the shifter traits available come out to the same Race Point cost.
