House Tharashk
The House of Finding is the most unique of the houses in many ways. It is comprised equally of humans and half-orcs, lead not by a single patriarch, but by a triumvirate of their most skilled, and, based out of Zarash'ak, one of the least illustrious capitals in Khorvaire, is the only Dragonmarked House to make contact with the monsters of Droaam.

Embassy Benefit
If a kingdom establishes an embassy edict with House Tharashk, that kingdom gets a free Guildhall.
Treaty Benefit
If a kingdom has a treaty with House Tharashk, that kingdom gains one of the following benefits, based on if the treaty is balanced or unbalanced.
Unbalanced (Their Favor): All Exploration Edicts take half the normal time.
Balanced: As Unbalanced (Their Favor), but all Exploration Edicts automatically discover anything that can be discovered about the explored area of DC 30 or less (i.e. without resorting to excavations or 5th level effects or higher).
Unbalanced (Your Favor): As Balanced, but also House Tharashk is willing to except a special kind of Exploration Edict. Instead of detailing a specific area, detail specific person or object you are trying to find. The person or object must be clearly defined, if not necessarily identified, and must be regularly on this plane. If the object or person you are trying to find is generally stationary (i.e. same settlement), the time required is 1d4 months. Otherwise, it takes 2d4 months. If object or person is hostile, treat this as encountering a monster. If successful, House Tharashk agents manage to find the general location of the desired object or person, regardless of their countermeasures. 20 BP must be paid upfront, the but remaining cost or refund is resolved when the edict is finished.
Alliance Benefit
House Tharashk cannot have alliances.
