This spell can only target a single creature that has a true or aberrant dragonmark, as per the Dragonmark Feats rules. Choose one spell, extract, infusion or power that you have memorized or currently able to cast or manifest and you expend the chosen effect, placing it into the dragonmark of the touched creature. The touched creature can only hold one such effect inside his dragonmark at a time, but it stays available until the dragonmarked creature decides to release it as a spell-like or psi-like ability, using an immediate action that provokes. While you choose the effect to be stored, using up any appropriate material components, setting the caster / manifester level and any appropriate DCs or feats, when you place the effect inside the dragonmark, the target decides when to release it and is considered the caster or manifester of the effect. When the dragonmarked creature releases the effect, the effect must still meet any other requirements that it might have (selecting of valid targets or area of effect, etc). The maximum effect level able to be stored inside a dragonmark is based on its level.

While the effect stored is cast into the dragonmark, and thus no longer available to you, it does not count against your number of spell slots available. Nor does it affect the target creature's ability to cast spells or use his dragonmark spell-like abilities. Any effect that would prevent or alter how the target uses his dragonmark spell-like abilities also applies to releasing the effect stored in his dragonmark.
