Description: This necklace provides a illusion of script immediately in front of the wielder. This provides the same amount of information as 500 pages and copying spells into the Necklace of the Phantom Library does not cost anything. Adding information into the Necklace takes the same amount of time as normal, but removing information, up to and including the entire amount, can be done with just a standard action. However, while using the Necklace, the wielder is considered blinded for anything other than the Necklace, taking a standard action to activate or deactivate.
