Description:

This Full Plate +4 of Heavy Fortification and Spell Resistance (19) was originally forged for the first hobgoblin emperor of the ancient Dhakaani. In addition to its many properties, while worn, the wearer gains a +10 enhancement bonus to his Charisma and can use Heroism at will as a 20th level caster. When the armor is not worn, it gains the benefit of a permanent Non-Detection spell. As the original emperor of the Dhakaani had this full plate commissioned, only a true and recognized emperor of the Dhakaani can call for this armor to be destroyed. However, since the Dhakaani empire fell and the whereabouts of this armor is unknown, that is not likely to happen.
