Rules - Part 1 & Artificer - Part 2

- Added the rules concerning firearms and magic vs. psionics. While firearms is pretty straight forward, the magic vs. psionic rules may need some revision and clarification.

- Edited the artificer class to clarify the alteration to psionic item creation presented by Dreamscarred Press.
