Embassy Benefit

If a kingdom establishes an embassy edict with House Kundarak, that kingdom gets a free Bank. House Kundarak can also be asked for loans of BP at the beginning of the Edict phase, up to a maximum of one half of the combined Economy modifiers of all regions of a kingdom. Securing the loan requires the main region of a kingdom to make three Economy checks with a DC equal to amount of BP requested in the loan. House Kundarak charges 10% interest per month, rounded up to the nearest BP. For every month that the current month's interest is not paid, an Economy check must be made by the main region, with a DC equal to the current BP owed, after interest is applied. If the check fails, any BP gained from collecting taxes that month is applied directly to the loan first. If the BP collected from taxes not enough to cover at least the interest, House Kundarak's attitude worsens. If it is already Hostile and worsens again, it will declare war to regain its losses.

Treaty Benefit

If a kingdom has a treaty with House Kundarak, that kingdom gains one of the following benefits, based on if the treaty is balanced or unbalanced.

    • Unbalanced (Their Favor): House Kundarak provides a free Bank in all large cities and metropolises.

    • Balanced: As Unbalanced (Their Favor), but also in all small cities.

    • Unbalanced (Your Favor): As Balanced, but also in all large towns.
