Core Book Completed.... almost

All of the information of the Eberron Corebook has been added. Now, there are still parts that don't make much sense as they weren't detailed until later books. Most notably are the costs of the symbionts and the rules for elemental bound vehicles. Likewise, the information put up is not in the best format as those rules still need to be reviewed.

Next book: Explorer's Handbook

Missed a bunch of little things, like spell reviews. D'oh
