Description:

This skin-tight bracer has a single, slender pocket that designed to hold a single wand. Once inserted, it cannot be removed without destroying the Wand Sheath or until the wand has no more charges left in it, at which point it can be removed safely. While encased in a Wand Sheath, the wand only requires a single thought to activate, removing the need for a concentration check and the need to speak, making it perfectly functional while in a Silence spell or while being grappled or pinned.
