のが下手（のがへた）

My mother is not good at singing.

Notes

When talking about others ( other than the speaker's family ), "下手です" is impolite or rude.

So it's better to use "のがあまりじょうずではありません".

ボブはテニスをするのがあまり上手ではありません。

ボブは テニスをするのが あまりじょうずではありません。

Bob is not good at playing tennis.
