①Noun + にかかわらず
年齢にかかわらず、どなたでも参加できます。
ねんれいにかかわらず、どなたでも さんかできます。
Anyone can participate regardless of age.
参加の有無にかかわらず、必ず返事をください。
さんかのうむにかかわらず、かならず へんじをください。
Whether or not you will attend, please be sure to reply.
お買い上げ金額にかかわらず、クーポンをお渡しします。
おかいあげきんがくに かかわらず、クーポンを おわたしします。
We will give you a coupon regardless of the purchase price.

⑦Noun のいかんにかかわらず
理由のいかんにかかわらず、キャンセルの場合は、キャンセル料をいただきます。

In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
