Examples
部屋が暑いようなら、窓を開けましょうか。
へやが あついようなら、まどを あけましょうか。
Should I open the window if the room is hot?
仕事が大変なようなら、手伝いますよ。
しごとが たいへんなようなら、てつだいますよ。
If your job is hard, I will help.
万が一遅れるようなら、早めに連絡をいただけますか？
まんがいち おくれるようなら、はやめに れんらくを いただけますか？
In case you are late, please let me know as soon as possible.
味が物足りないようなら、塩を入れたらどうですか？
あじが ものたりないようなら、しおを いれたら どうですか？

Note
ようなら（ば） is replaceable with なら, but なら sounds more casual.
