Formation
Verb ば form + Verb dictionary form + ほど
い adj stem ければ + い adj + ほど
な adj + なら（ば）+ な adj + ほど
な adj stem + であれば + な adj stem + であるほど
Examples
笑えば笑うほど、健康になります。
わらえばわらうほど、けんこうになります。
The more you laugh, the healthier you become.
その漫画は、読めば読むほど面白くなります。
そのまんがは、よめばよむほど 面白くなります。
The more you read the manga, the more interesting it becomes.
練習すればするほど、上手になります。
れんしゅうすればするほど、じょうずになります。
The more you practice, the better you will be.
給料は多ければ多いほど嬉しい。
きゅうりょうは おおければおおいほど うれしい。
The higher the salary, the happier I am.
アパートは駅に近ければ近いほど、高いです。
アパートは えきにちかければちかいほど、たかいです。

お寿司に使う魚は、新鮮なら新鮮なほどおいしいです。

Note
～ば that represents a condition may be omitted, for example,
山頂に近づくほど、酸素が薄くなる。
さんちょうにちかづくほど、さんそがうすくなる。
Oxygen becomes thinner as you get closer to the summit.
