It will rain from the Kyushu region to the Kanto region.
１月から３月にかけて大学入学試験が実施されます。
いちがつからさんがつにかけて だいがくにゅうがくしけんが じっしされます。
The university entrance exams are held from January to March.
今週から来週にかけて猛暑が続く見込みです。
こんしゅうから らいしゅうにかけて もうしょが つづくみこみです。
The intense heat will continue throughout this and next week.
これから年末にかけて忙しい日が続きそうです。
これからねんまつにかけて いそがしいひが つづきそうです。
I'm going to have busy days from now on to toward year's end.
Note
から～にかけて indicates a spatial/ temporal beginning and the end point is not clear.
If those points are clear, から～まで is used.
午前９時から午後５時まで水道が止まります。
ごぜんくじから ごごごじまで すいどうが とまります。
The water supply will be shut off from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
