ごろ
Meaning: about, around
It represents the approximate time. It is used after the word for time.
Examples
明日３時ごろにここに来てください。
あすさんじごろに ここにきてください。
Please come here around 3 o'clock tomorrow.
去年の今ごろは忙しくなかった。
きょねんのいまごろは いそがしくなかった。
I wasn't busy around this time last year.
桜は３月ごろにきれいに咲きます。
さくらは さんがつごろに きれいにさきます。
The cherry blossoms bloom beautifully around March.
Notes
× 彼は昨日ごろ京都に着いた
〇彼は昨日11時ごろ京都に着いた。
It is not used to represent the near past vaguely.
It can be used for things that capture an precise time.
