Meaning: typical of, just like
Formation
Noun + らしい
らしい is the same conjugation as い adjective.
Examples
今日は暖かくて、春らしい天気ですね。
きょうは あたたかくて、はるらしいてんきですね。
It's warm today, so the weather feels like spring today.
かなちゃんは女の子らしい服が似合うね。
かなちゃんは おんなのこらしいふくが にあうね。
The girlish clothes look good on Kana.
弟が生まれて、かなちゃんはお姉ちゃんらしくなったね。
おとうとがうまれて、かなちゃんは おねえちゃんらしくなったね。
Kana has a younger brother and she is becoming like an older sister.
遅刻するなんて、君らしくないね。どうしたの？
ちこくするなんて、きみらしくないね。どうしたの？
