Spanner Banner – Life Goes On – Techniques – 1991

Producer Winston Riley in recent times has been very adept at talent spotting. He may not the first person to produce the artist, but he usually ends up with their debut album. Such is the case of Spanner Banner (younger brother Pliers). The title track is still his biggest and best hit, but his song-writing skills more than match his singing talent, both of which are in great abundance on this set. Winston for his part gives Spanner a great selection of old and new rhythms.
