Another great set released many years ago on Jerry Brown's Summer

Sound label. Its got all that minimal sound that is found on Wackies

and much loved. Except this is Toronto not NYC. It was hard enough for

Lloyd Barnes in New York to get the Wackies sound accepted - so the

problems facing Jerry were a lot bigger. But he and the people around

him, just enjoyed making reggae music. It was this spirit that pushed

the music to the highest heights - and this album is full of those

vibes. The deepest of the deep roots.
