V/A - Healing Of The Nation - Kariang

Jah Mikey and the Kariang label came up in the mid to late nineties and looked like Reggae’s future with their high production values and a fantastic roster of singers and deejays. This set features all of them, from Sister Carol to Terry Ganzie, Jah Mason, Sizzla, Kulcha Knox and Prezident Brown. The latter three had great albums on the label. While on the singers front Garnett Silk got a belated release on Atlantic, but it would have been good to hear the works they had with Jack Radics, Daweh Congo and Chezidek.
