With the interest in Rastafari rising in the early seventies - it wasn't long before some truly amazing albums were released - MMR triple LP set was one and Ras Michael & The Sons Of Negus 'Dadawah' was another. Both were released in the UK. This one from The Light Of Saba stayed on Pre-release. Featuring Cedric Brooks on Sax - The Light Of Saba - is a nyahbingi band. Included in there line up were Michael Ras Star on Bass, Lynford Son Myles on Drums, David Little Dee Trail and Maurice Gregory on Guitars.

While keyboards players included Peter Ashbourne, Siddy, and Trevor Ouchie Huie.

Many many more talented players feature on this album - its a long list. Recording was done at Harry J, Joe Gibbs, Aquarius and Randy's. Musically the album goes to very roots of reggae music, it's the Afro/Jazz connection. That as influenced the creation of reggae music right from it's creation
