Roy Panton & Yvonne Harrison with Friends - Liquidator - CD

Roy came into the music business with his friend Stranger Cole, and recorded there first tune for Duke Reid under the name of The Rovers, Roy in during this became Roy of The Rovers!!!

Roy went on to work with Tom Sabastians, and then settled in with Coxsone Dodd - Studio One and Lindon Pottinger - Tip Top label who became his main producers during the ska era. Roy also did a portion of work with Prince Buster.

However Roy's forte was the duo. You name an artist man or woman during the ska era and there is a good chance he made a record with them. This CD features his work with Yvonne Harrison Aka Yvonne Adams. Although duos with Millie, Monty Morris and Patsy are included.
