Sadly passed away on May 11th 2005. Cause was said to be liver

failure. Friends on the scene said he had been losing weight and not

looking well for the past couple of months. Sincere condolences are

sent by Small Axe to his and family and friends. A full tribute to him

will appear on Small Axe soon.
