Sound Iration – In Dub – Mr Modo/WAU

As far as London is concerned the dub revival is based around two sound systems. Jah Shaka and Manasseh. Sound Irations roots are in that sound Manasseh. This is music inspired by Augustus Pablo and Jah Shaka. Its slow and heavy for the most part, but its also got a fresh feeling to it. Its not just an update of the Pablo/Shaka style. Its more digital, but the pace is slower. 'In Dub' is their first album followed quickly on from 12” released last year on Mystic Red Corporation. Soon come is the vocal set of this album from a young singer ~~Tena Stelin. It should be well forward.
