Ingredients:
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced into bite-sized pieces
8 oz penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup sweet chili sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return steak to the skillet, along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
