Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2/3 cup honey
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup cereal marshmallows
Directions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the bottom.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, brown sugar, and honey, whisking until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow it to boil for exactly 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, Rice Krispies cereal, crushed graham crackers, and salt. Pour the hot butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Let the mixture cool for 20 minutes.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and marshmallows. Press the mixture into the prepared pan, ensuring it's evenly distributed and slightly compacted.
Refrigerate the bars for 2 hours to allow them to set before slicing into squares.
