4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup long‑grain rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown 4–5 min per side. Remove and set aside.
