24 graham cracker halves (12 full crackers)
12 squares of chocolate (standard size—Lindt or even peanut butter cups work well)
12 large marshmallows
Position your oven rack at the lowest level and preheat the broiler to high.
Place 12 graham cracker halves on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Top each with one piece of chocolate and one marshmallow.
Broil for 1 to 3 minutes, watching very closely until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
Remove from oven and immediately top with the remaining graham cracker halves to create your s’mores. Serve while hot and ooey-gooey.
