Ingredients
12 oz cooked, chopped chicken (about 2 cups)
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
¾ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (use 1 cup in the mixture; reserve the rest for topping)
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 baking dish.
