It’s sweet, slightly tart, and irresistibly addictive, making it perfect for parties, cozy movie nights, or everyday snacking. Simple to make and even more fun to eat, this treat disappears fast—so be prepared to share (or not!)
1 (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix
1 (3 oz) cherry gelatin mix
1 cup plus 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
8 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 lb vanilla almond bark
Optional: red and pink sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large zip-top bag, combine the cheesecake pudding mix, cherry gelatin mix, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles; seal and shake to blend.
Place the Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
Melt the vanilla almond bark by microwaving it in its tray: 1 minute, stir, then another minute until fully melted.
Pour the melted bark over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
Transfer the coated cereal into the zip-bag with the powdered sugar mix; seal and shake until every piece is covered.
Spread evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
Once set, store in an airtight container for up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!).
