1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Season Beef: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Prepare Biscuit Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Assemble Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together tightly to seal.
Brush with Butter: Place each sealed bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
