For the Muffins:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup warm milk
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
⅓ cup granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Tin:
