Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting dish made with tender beef, rich sour cream, and flavorful seasonings. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dish is incredibly easy to prepare as the slow cooker does most of the work. The beef slowly simmers in a savory mixture of onions, garlic, and broth, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth meal. The final touch of sour cream creates a luscious, velvety sauce that pairs beautifully with egg noodles or mashed potatoes. It’s a classic favorite that’s simple, hearty, and guaranteed to satisfy the whole family.
