Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bites
Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bites
These frozen strawberry Greek yogurt bites are a simple, healthy treat perfect for hot days or as a guilt‑free snack. Made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey (or maple syrup), the mixture is scooped into bite-sized clusters and frozen until firm—no baking required. You can optionally dip them in melted chocolate or drizzle with coconut oil for extra indulgence. The recipe is kid-friendly, customizable, and packed with vitamin C, protein, and antioxidants. A refreshing and nutritious snack you can prep ahead and enjoy straight from the freezer.
• ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or unsweetened coconut yogurt)
• 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
• Optional dipping: melted dark or milk chocolate, coconut oil, flaky sea salt
In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using). Stir until well mixed.
Spoon small dollops (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment‑lined tray or into silicone molds.
Optionally, melt dark or milk chocolate (possibly with coconut oil) and dip the frozen bites, then return to freezer until coating hardens.
Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months; let sit a minute before eating if too firm.
