1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 slices deli roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup beef broth, warmed (for dipping)
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and gently flatten each one with your hands.
On each flattened biscuit, place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese. Fold the dough edges over to seal and shape into a ball.
Arrange the sealed biscuits seam-side down in your prepared dish.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the biscuits.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
While baking, heat the beef broth until warm. Serve alongside the biscuits for dipping.
