1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup melted butter
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (optional)
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare chicken mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Prepare rolls: Without separating the rolls, slice the entire 12-pack horizontally to create a top and bottom half. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Assemble sliders: Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add top rolls: Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
Prepare butter mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Garnish and serve: Optional: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the sliders before serving. Slice between the rolls to separate into individual sliders and serve warm.
