4 slices sourdough or thick, crusty bread
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 slices white cheddar cheese
4 slices deli turkey
Thin slices from 1 medium red tomato
½ cup fresh baby spinach
4 strips cooked bacon
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Lay out the bread slices and spread ½ tablespoon of honey mustard on one side of each slice.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mustard on each slice of bread.
Layer 2 slices of deli turkey on top of the cheese on two of the bread slices.
Add a few thin slices of tomato and ¼ cup of spinach on top of the turkey.
