2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup, plus more for glazing
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 large eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
