1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Prep the Salmon:
Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.
Sear the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Glaze and Finish Cooking:
Flip the fillets, brush with half of the glaze, and cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve:
Drizzle remaining glaze over the fillets. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
