10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the frozen spinach by thawing and squeezing out excess moisture.
In a crockpot, add spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or on high for 1–1½ hours, stirring halfway through.
