4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Avocado Lime Sauce:
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub onto salmon fillets and place on the baking sheet.
