Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved baby potatoes on a baking sheet.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and toss with potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
