1 (17.3 oz) package puff pastry, thawed
¾ pound pulled pork
¾ cup BBQ sauce
1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon water
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Unfold the puff pastry sheets and cut each into 9 squares.
In a bowl, toss the pulled pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
