When Is the 13 Saved

This follows on from the journal entry: Saving 13
In the above entry I mentioned that I usually go to the barber every 13 weeks, and pay $13. That is I usually go every 90 to 91 days, being 7 times 13. That is the same price for the first pair of shoes.
After going through my records I came across what I paid for my current computer. I brought my notebook computer on April 27 2014 for $649. At the time I also brought security software for $91. That is the software was the same price as the pair of shoes I brought later that same year. Not only that but if you add the two amounts together 649 and 91 you get $740.
This is the amount twice entered in the diary on May 22 2015. The year before on the same date May 22 is when the transfer was for $12740. Note the 740 for the computer, leaving an amount of 12000. I am not getting into what the 12000 was for. Thus I paid for the computer and software on May 22 2014.
May 22 2016 this year will also be 740, I take as 740 days, and it includes 91 days. I do know that there is only 365 or 366 days in a year. The other two years before were for signs, I do believe that this year is the fulfillment.
This is not to say that I save 13 on May 22 2016, recall that it was the second visit to the shoe shop, when I saved an additional $13. I brought the first pair of shoes on October 4th 2014 and the second pair on October 26th 2014. Thus 22 days later. If one adds 22 to 91 you get 113.
It was also the second visit to the pharmacy when I saved $13.10, the medication costing nothing. There was along time between pharmacy visits. The first time was on July 27th 2015 and the second time November 16 2015. Starting on the date of the pills July 28th it is 111 days exclusively. However starting on July 27th it is 113 days inclusively.
Thus I save 13 on day 113, which is what the car plate is tell me, 13 113. If day 91 is May 22 2016, then the count started on February 22 2016. The 113th day would be June 13 2016, note it is the 13th as well. Thus the count started on 2/22/2016 or 222. Please refer to these entries for more on numbers:

In the entry "Saving 13" I mentioned saving 10 percent. I save $13 and 10 cents at the pharmacy. My thinking that the 10 cents means 10 percent saving. Not of what I paid at the pharmacy, but that saving 13 is a saving of 10 percent of something. And that saving an additional 13 on the shoes was an additional 10 percent of the full price of $130.
Now before some of you email me and say that the math does not work, I am good at math. Lets go though it, 13 is ten percent of 130, however 113 plus 13 is only 126. A saving of 13 from 126 is 10.32 percent, not ten percent exactly. We are not talking exactly here however, 13 is about 10 percent of 126. I could not get a saving of 0.32 cents from the pharmacy. For that matter they are not going to sell the shoes for additional 10.32 percent off and the shoes would have had to have a full price of 126. Thus 13 is about 10 percent of 126.
Thus a new watch date of June 13 2016.
No I do not know what happens on this watch date.
