Introduction

Near the end of 2005 I came across a website that taught the view that All Mankind, that is every human being would be Saved, that is have Salvation. I started to research into this view shortly after this, have first rejected it out right. Early in 2006 I was lead to do this work, as I continued my study into this area.

Originally the work was titled “All Will Be Saved?” hence the title had a question mark, it was asking a question. However surely to ask the question should not the title have been “Will All Be Saved?” The title without the question mark is more like a statement of fact “All Will Be Saved." I will not be changing the title of the work, but have dropped the question mark.

The original aim of this work was to answer the question “All Will Be Saved?,” the question has now become “Will All Be Saved?” Thus the work now seeks to answer that question.

In this article I seek to cover the different view points to do with the ultimate end for unbelievers, and why Christian Universalism is the Answer. I will get to the meaning of Christian Universalism later in the article. You will note if I was do the work now in 2020, I would probably not refer to Christian Universalism, but instead to Salvation of All Mankind or Restoration of ALL.

In the original work I used the term “Universalism” at the start to refer to both “Universalism” and “Christian Universalism.” Only a lot later in the work did I make the distinction between the two, however in this updated version I do have them separate at the start. I have also change the title of the section “Universalism is the Answer” to “Christian Universalism is the Answer.” As that section is dealing with “Christian Universalism,” not “Universalism.”

You will note that a lot of the scripture does not have a reference as to which bible it is from. Usually when I write something now I include a reference like {CLV} or {YLT}. Back then I did not know of all the different versions and think to include a reference. I am not now going to look for which version it has come from. However any new material will have a reference.

The word mankind is used in different versions of the Bible to refer to the human race. The term “all mankind” in this article refers to the whole human race throughout all time. There are those who limit the meaning of “All,” to mean not the whole human race, however when I use the term “All Mankind” I do mean every single person who ever lived, even those that died before being born. I will be covering the meaning of word “all” and how it is used in the scriptures in the new section “Just What Do You Mean “ALL.”
